I became self-employed in March 2008 transcribing interviews, both verbatim and intelligent, and working freelance for a Solicitor and other transcription companies. Prior to that I worked within Solicitors' offices for over 4 years and then for Lloyds TSB in a document production environment for 18 years with experience in remote transcription for branches and departments country wide, giving me experience of working with different accents. Most recently I have worked within a GP surgery gaining extensive medical experience and working daily with the Choose and Book system. As well as working from home I have experience of temping where an on-site service is required. I have always prided myself in putting my customers first and delivering a first class service.
