Client dictates/records work using digital dictation.

Client sends audio file* to me via email, Skype, MSN or a secure upload service such as SendThisFile and agrees a deadline for return of work.

Audio is typed and proof read and then emailed/posted back to the client within agreed timescale.

Clients' templates could be used if required and all styles of typing agreed at the outset, ie which pitch, font, typing style you require.

It is always helpful if unusual names/places are spelt by the client so that there is no need for amendment later.

Any work to be faxed would just need notification to ensure my fax machine is active.

*I can accept most audio file formats, ie wav, dss, mp3, msv, dvf, dct and more, please ask if unsure.
